Aninga Lodge Tortuguero is located within close proximity of the extraordinary National Park, right across the main canal, facing the town of Tortuguero. Surrounded by a network of canals, the lodge features 33 bungalows equipped with comfortable beds, private bathroom, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans. For guests' enjoyment, there is an on-site restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool, spa and walking trails. For fun activities, guests can take a walk along the forest trails, go zip lining or book a guided Tortuguero Village tour, canal tour by boat or green sea turtle observation tours (approx. July through September/October). At Tortuguero, you will get a chance to experience the real jungle feeling among its richest tropical flora and fauna: amphibians, reptiles, mammals, and numerous species of birds in the untouched Caribbean rainforest.
