Book Now Hotel Capitán Suizo is located on a privileged site on the northern Pacific coast outside of the town of Tamarindo, at the end of the bay and right in front of the ocean. The long, sandy beach provides a 4 kilometer walk or a lovely place to simply relax and sunbathe. Accommodations include 35 inviting rooms (6 bungalows, 6 ocean front units, 22 superior rooms, 1 four-bedroom suite) are nestled between lush, tropical gardens. All are spacious, furnished with local materials and decorated with regional craftsmanship. They overlook exuberant tropical gardens, face towards the ocean and feature a balcony or terrace. Each room has a king size bed with a tailor-made mosquito net for those who prefer it. Additionally, all rooms feature a comfortable sitting area with a queen size sofa bed (except the Beachfront Garden Rooms) and sliding doors. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, small refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, safety box, large closet and a spacious bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. No room has TV. Located directly on the beach, El Barco Restaurant offers a tranquil ambiance surrounded by nature and combines international and traditional Costa Rican cuisine, adding seasonal and organic tropical ingredients. The swimming pool has been shaped to incorporate the surrounding trees and guests have access to a spacious, air-conditioned fitness center 100 meters north of the hotel. The Aromas Del Mar Spa is situated on the beach and offers a variety of treatments in an open-air environment.
